The Team

Eagle Technology Group’s Technical Services Team, a division of the Systems Integration Unit, provides the high level of technical skills demanded by its New Zealand and International customers.

The Technical Services unit comprises of approximately 60 staff with university and industry qualifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Certified Novell Engineer (CNE), Master Certified Novell Engineer (MCNE), Citrix and Cisco certifications including Cisco Design Associate.

The team is grouped into systems engineers who respond to Eagle’s 0800 Service Hotline and Technical Consultants who work proactively with clients in business consulting, design and project management.

Across the skill levels there are six product-based teams, which specialise in different aspects of the information technology industry. The teams are: Communications, Microsoft Products, Novell, UNIX, Business Analysis and Project Management. Eagle’s competitive edge lies in combining these teams nationally to provide seamless integrated solutions to our customers.

Our Technical consultants are talented in their own right – but when they pool their knowledge to resolve a business problem for a client – they provide invaluable and unique solutions for our clients.
